, 2001 By now you've probably already heard the opinions of world leaders to encourage us all to to advance along our lives despite the terrible attack against America. Back to work, return to our commitments, back to everyday life, knowing that our lives are changed forever. The changes you experience, both, kids pbs
, in its inner reality and external reality, continue to evolve over time.
If exactly how we, individually and collectively, to do this? How can we work through our emotions? How to decide what action to take in our own lives to make a difference? Some people are very angry. Some are deeply saddened. Some are experiencing every emotion possible. Some intend to do something, even if the answer may not be clear yet. For each of us have our own mix of emotions. For each of us, the actions we take to make a difference for us will be unique. This article focuses on the provision of two resources to overcome their emotions and actions you can take to make a difference in this time of tragedy and crisis.

Some people just write on pieces of paper to release their intense feelings. Others write in a diary, because they want to capture their feelings and thoughts to reflect later.
Or work approach. Connect with others. Go by what you encounter involves other, not isolated from their relatives. Those in your care is emotionally available. With their families, let yourself be vulnerable, allowing you to recognize fear, anger, pain, pain. Participate in the community. Churches, temples, all groups are available to share and contribute in a way that feels right for you. An excellent way to participate in the community is to start or join a study circle. html Create a safe environment for their families to express their feelings, whatever their feelings. Encourage your family and friends to talk about their feelings, hopes and vulnerabilities. They need your unconditional love for the moment. Find TV shows appropriate and enlightening to see their relatives. A recent CNN television program hosted an audience with a group of religious leaders who responded to questions about God ( "How could a loving God allow this to happen?") From Wrath of God ( "It's okay to be angry with God?") and other religious themes to reflect this era.
